expresstoll.com has been fine for checking my toll charges and making sure nothing looks weird. I log in every so often, usually when I remember, or when I’m already thinking about bills and all that fun stuff.
The main thing that bugs me is the notifications. Sometimes the email comes through quickly, and then other times it feels like it shows up way later than it should. It’s not the end of the world, but if I’m trying to keep an eye on what I’m being charged, the delay can be kind of frustrating.
I still use the site because it gets the job done, and I don’t think about it much until something pops up late. I just wish the alerts were more consistent, because that would make the whole thing feel a lot easier to trust...

"They Fixed It, But It Took Some Chasing"
I had a toll charge show up that didn’t seem right to me, so I filed a dispute. To their credit, they did end up removing it, which I appreciated. That said, it took longer than I expected, and I had to follow up before it was finally handled. From my experience, it wasn’t a terrible process, just slower than I would’ve liked.

"Works well, just one tiny hiccup"
I’ve been using this transponder for a while now and it’s been solid. Most of the time it reads without any issue, even when I’m rolling through at a normal pace. I did have one missed scan last month, which I only noticed because I check the toll dates closely, but support got it sorted out without much hassle. It’s been easy to use overall, and I like not having to think about it every single trip.

I was thinking, great, this is going to be a whole headache, but the penalty issue got fixed really fast. No back-and-forth, no hassle, just sorted out way easier than I expected.

I had to reach out about a toll charge, and let’s just say the response wasn’t exactly speedy. They did eventually get back to me and helped sort it out, which I appreciate, but it would’ve been nice not to feel like I was waiting around forever for a simple reply.

I wasn’t expecting a few extra charges, so that definitely caught me off guard :/ But when I reached out, they explained everything quickly and helped get my issue sorted out. Overall, not perfect, but still a decent experience!

I mostly use expresstoll.com just to check on my toll charges and stuff, and so far this has all been accurate every time. The amounts line up with what I expected from those trips, so I haven’t had any surprises there.
No random extra fees or weird little charges showing up, which I really appreciate. It’s simple enough to use, and I don’t have to keep calling about this or that just to get things fixed.

I used it with a rental car while I was in Colorado, and at first I was like, wait, where are my tolls? It took a little bit for them to show up, but once they did, paying was simple. Worked fine overall.

"Easy setup, and closing it wasn’t a hassle"
I made my expresstoll account online and it was simple. Took maybe a few mins, I added my car and payment info, and after that everything just worked like it was supposed to, no big deal.
When I didn’t need it anymore, closing the account was easy too. I kinda expected it to be a headache but it really wasnt. My balance got handled fine and there weren’t any weird suprises. Good experience overall.

"I was a little stressed that..."
I was a little stressed that the tolls were going to get all mixed up and turn into some giant nightmare, but nope, the license plate reading has been spot on every time for me. My trips showed up correctly, I didn’t have to jump through any extra hoops, and there haven’t been any random surprise charges so far. Such a relief, seriously.
